Cary White Kitchen Remodel

The Challenge

Dark stained cabinets and a closed-off layout that made the space feel smaller than it was — and a dining nook that had never been properly integrated with the kitchen.

Our Approach

Replaced all cabinetry with painted white shakers, installed a white marble island that doubles as a breakfast bar, extended the hardwood flooring from the adjacent dining room, and added a full-height tile backsplash.

The Result

A bright, cohesive kitchen and dining space with a clear sight line from the back door to the living room — and more counter space than the homeowners thought possible.
