Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided by Butler Homes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
A written contract will be provided for all projects. Work will not commence until the contract is signed by both parties and any required deposits are received.
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typical payment structures include:
- Initial deposit upon contract signing
- Progress payments at predetermined milestones
- Final payment upon project completion and walkthrough
We accept various forms of payment including checks, credit cards, and financing options where available. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Warranties and Guarantees
Butler Homes stands behind our workmanship. We provide warranties on our labor as specified in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the homeowner.
Warranty coverage does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by the homeowner or third parties
- Issues resulting from failure to maintain the work properly
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
- Ensure access to the work area during scheduled work hours
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals where required (unless otherwise agreed)
- Make timely payments as outlined in the contract
- Communicate any concerns or issues promptly
- Protect personal belongings and valuables during construction
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Butler Homes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Butler Homes website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Butler Homes LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
