The Challenge

A large living room that felt disconnected — mismatched flooring, a dated brick fireplace surround, and no built-in storage to anchor the space.

Our Approach

Replaced the carpet with white oak engineered hardwood to match the rest of the first floor, refaced the fireplace in a floor-to-ceiling Venetian plaster surround, and built flanking shelving units with integrated lighting.

The Result

A warm, cohesive living room that finally feels like the centerpiece of the home.
