The Challenge
An exposed back deck that couldn't be used in summer heat or during rain — and no comfortable outdoor living space for a family that loves to be outside.
Our Approach
Screened and roofed the existing deck structure to create a true three-season room, poured a new concrete patio below, and added a pergola with a dedicated pad and electrical for the hot tub.
The Result
An outdoor living space the family uses year-round — breakfast on the screened porch, evenings in the hot tub, and weekend gatherings on the patio below.
